Požadované vzdělání:

University Degree (Medicine, Pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent)

Požadované dovednosti:

  • Fluent english,, very good English is a must e.g. must be able to communicate and present in English language, knowledge of German is an advantage
  • developed., proven communication and organisation skills
  • good understanding of the Czech pharmaceutical market and legal environment on the Czech pharma market
  • experience in sales, marketing as advantage
  • practical experience in supporting promotion and product management
  • IT user experience, professional/senior experience working with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word
  • knowledge of clinical studies, marketing projects, medical market analyses, clinical data research and communication to sales and marketing
  • Personality: Awareness of heterogeneous departments/ cross functions, multitasking, self-motivated and proactive , strategic thinking, planning skills and attention to detail in execution
  • Open-minded and service oriented , team player, responsive and communicative, stress tolerance

Požadovaná praxe:

Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in appropriate Medical position in the pharmaceutical industry

Knowledge and experience with Rx / OTC / FS environment preferred

Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and marketing environment (ideally, a successful candidate is currently working ( or was ) as Medical Advisor or Manager)

Platové ohodnocení:

CZK 120.000,-, OTE bonus, company car, career development plan

MEDICAL MANAGER RX/OTC –  CZ

Nápln práce/Job description/Areas of responsibility

Project management

 

  • Cooperation on development of protocols for IRS (Independent Research Studies)
  • Creation, managing, monitoring and financial planning of Post-Marketing studies
  • Multidisciplinary projects
  • Participation on preparation and final approval of all materials targeting HCP´s within OTC BU (GPP´s, Derma, Pharma).

 

Medical Support to Commercial Organization

 

  • Scientific review of marketing materials
  • Medical input to marketing strategies and plans
  • Cooperating on new product launches
  • Creating of medical part of categorization files for Ministry of Health and SUKL, negotiation regarding reimbursement with KOL’s
  • Cooperation on Market Researches, PR campaigns (for Rx drugs, OTC)
  • Establishing, engaging and maintaining key opinion leaders contacts (Rx and OTC BU).
  • KOLs development
  • Participating & delivering the brand training to sales force during sales meetings via providing science behind the brand, including question management & advice for queries (Rx and OTC BU).
