Reporting to Oncology Eastern Europe Cluster Head , Oncology Care Head CZ/SK is accountable for the following :
- Lead and manage the Primary Care in Czech Republic by defining and achieving sales, profit, growth objectives for the product portfolio and effectively managing people to ensure optimal performance outcomes
- Cross interact with Local company Support Functions (Finance, Logistics, RA)
Strategy Execution & Sales Management and Monitoring
- Monitor Sales performance, ROI
- Implement the commercial and marketing strategy defined with the PC EE Cluster Head
- Propose & Manage importation plan to PC EE Cluster Head, manage Distribution channel in the country
- Manage Local PM integrating his country and regional
- Manage Distribution channel in the country
Organization
- In cooperation with all relevant departments prepare cycle meetings /product days
- Propose and lead optimal sales organization
- Manage and monitor team performance
Commercial & Sales Force Effectiveness
- In liaise with the PC EE Cluster Manager Develop a Distributor and Pharmacy commercial policy
- Develop tactics to extend company presence in centre treatment areas and channels
- Propose and implement SFE Roadmaps & KPI
- Develop and review segmentation/targeting strategy
- Lead Sale Force with processes and CRM systems
- Build and maintain of Key client relationship – account management of the clients and prospects
Sales Force Team Management & Development
- Direct daily activities of sales representatives (targeting, recording, reporting, expenses, territory management)
- Supervise Sales Representatives
- Manage & coach the Sales Force team
- Identify training needs and conduct and coordinate training for sales representatives
- Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees
