Požadované vzdělání:

University Degree (Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences,Business Administration, Economics or equivalent)

Požadované dovednosti:

excellent leadership and diplomacy skills

ability and proven record for networking, excellent social, communication (incl. English) and management skills

Požadovaná praxe:

5-10 years of senior executive position within an international company, preferable with lobbying and business management experiences

excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, marketing, regulatory, healtheconimocs and reimbursement procedures as well as broad knowledge in diverse drug classes

strong assertivity and self-confidence, but team worker

discreet, confidential and loyal

leading by example taking accountability

personal drive, positive and proactive thinking

stress resistance

Platové ohodnocení:

CZK 150.000 - 180.000. OTE BONUS,

As part of a company continuous expansion and  development in the Czech Republic  we are looking for dynamic, energetic and goal-oriented individual, to be a part of our professional medical affairs and the business teams to  as well as part of our further company development

Job Description

leader of MA as well as running business development and licensing projects

responsibility for business development tasks

project leader realted with area of her responsibility

major negotiation partner on reimbursementand pricing issues of PH CZ to ensure and adequate reimbursement of PH products

represents PH interests in Ministry of Health, Healthcare Authorities – SUKL, Health Funds, AIFP, gevernmental bodies

prepares and leads reimbursement strategies

internal expert in preparation Health Technology Assessment/ Pharmacoeconomics

leads Market Access team and projects

develops and manages pricing strategies

develops, executes and permanently improves the „relationship strategy“ to key stakeholders

trains and coaches and leads new team members

coordination of reimbursement, governmental and corporate affairs, health economics and competitive pricing activities

under the lead of Medical function, development and coordination of outcomes studies and development of local argumentation for reimbursement negotiations

active participation in marketing strategy and business planning process of PH

coordination of MAT and maintainance of SHM dbase

supervise implementation of agreed annual PR plan and ensure compliance to guide our crises management
